Overview
As main contractor, Buildora takes responsibility for constructing the works to the employer's drawings and specification, typically under FIDIC Red Book (Conditions of Contract for Construction) on a lump-sum or re-measured basis. We self-perform formwork, rebar, concrete, blockwork, and structural steel, and procure MEP, façade, lifts, and specialist packages from a pre-qualified supply chain of more than 900 subcontractors and suppliers.
Our general contracting teams have delivered B+G+40 towers, 140-villa communities, 220-key hotels, and 64,000 m² office campuses — on fast-track programmes, in summer conditions, and alongside occupied buildings.

Frequently asked questions
Which forms of contract do you accept?
FIDIC 1999 and 2017 Red, Yellow, and Silver Books are our most common forms, along with the FIDIC MDB Harmonised Edition for DFI-funded projects in Africa, NEC4, and bespoke employer forms with agreed amendments.
What bonds and guarantees can you provide?
We routinely provide tender bonds, performance bonds (typically 10%), advance payment guarantees, and retention bonds through our regional banking partners.
How do you manage design changes during construction?
Every instruction is logged, assessed for cost and time impact, and submitted as a variation proposal before work proceeds, unless the employer instructs otherwise in writing.
Can you take on design responsibility mid-project?
Yes. We can novate the design team or take on contractor's design portions for specific packages such as façade, MEP, or temporary works.
