How far ahead should we book?

Most events are booked 6–12 months ahead. Shorter notice is sometimes possible, so it’s always worth asking.

Does Grace travel with a band?

Grace can lead with your church’s worship team, with a small acoustic team, or with the full band, depending on the event and budget.

What does it cost?

We never want cost to be a barrier for a local church. Many services are led for an honorarium; conferences and concerts are quoted individually.

What do hosts need to provide?

Travel, accommodation and a basic sound setup. We send a simple hospitality and technical guide once dates are confirmed.
